While inventory levels, new listings, and days on market all decreased, prices began to climb, as did median sale price.

In Milwaukee, as of March 2013, we’re in the twentieth straight month of increased home sales. With the supply of inventory so low, the length of time a property takes to sell is shorter, too.

Along with the challenges of hesitation, lack of confidence in job creation and obtaining a mortgage, consider the pent-up demand that usually signals a tilt toward a buyer’s market, the continuation of low interest rates, and upwardly trending prices.
